Very good
Good value for money
Liked: The aparthotel is situated in Salamanca, an elegant neighbourhood; Diego de León metro station is just round the corner, and it takes just 10 minutes to reach the city centre or 30 minutes to Barajas Airport. It has a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, and there are cafés nearby, I recommend (Amokka Coffee Bakery, two blocks away, as a great choice for breakfast),on Silvela Ave., as well as two supermarkets also on Avenida de Silvela. Reception staff are on duty from 8.00 to 20.00, but you’ll be given a code to access the building and the rooms. During the day, there are coin-operated lockers available to store your luggage if your flight leaves late.

Liked: Excellent location, spacious and well appointed rooms, excellent value for the money. Will certainly stay again.
Excellent
Liked: Nice and clean
Disliked: A bit fat from the center but metro station is near
The best family place we stayed in Europe
Liked: the most comfortable and spacious place we stayed on our trip to Europe for a family of 5. Large kitchen, two bathrooms, real queen beds. Down the street from grocery store, metro station to anywhere in the city, and the best gluten free cafe we've ever been to. Easy parking. Plus, a great value for the money. Would 100% stay here again in Madrid.
A nice stay!
Liked: Very clean (a priority), comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, and the property overall resembled the photographs and met our basic needs. We really liked the neighbourhood -- a bit away from the tourist crowds downtown which is a nice reprieve, and very quiet and safe, but still with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The metro is very close and easy (and it is also possible to walk to the centre if desired). Good value overall, and would recommend the hotel.
Disliked: The room was lacking a few basics, especially in the kitchenette. For example, there was no kettle or coffee maker (the only way to make coffee was with pods), no cutting board, no drying rack, and no paper towel or hand towels. The heating rack in the bathroom didn't work, and limited places to hang towels. I had been told the room would be cleaned on day 4 of 9, but that didn't happen (they texted to come in on day 7, but I was out and offline). It was all ok, as I was able to ask for clean towels and toiletries from housekeeping directly and didn't mind not having sheets changed, but seems a bit odd for something billing itself as a hotel to not have some more frequent housekeeping. Wifi was a little spotty at times but usable overall.
It is a good place if you intend to spend your day outside since the hotel does not have facilities, but is very confort
Liked: The location is amazing; close to metro, stores, coffee shops, supermarkets.. Beds were confortable, good kitchen.
Disliked: The apartmente was too hot! and it was 5 degrees outside. We turned off the heat and opened the windowns to be able to sleep. The bathroom had a lick in the shower that made the floor weat every time we took shower. Finally, the hotel had an incident with the fire alarm and we had to stay outside by 1am with our 6y old soon while the cops were trying to solve the issue. Every guest tried to contact the hotel by the emergency telephone and whatsapp, but without success. It was 5 degrees and even the police did not know what to do. It took more than an hour to solve the problem and during this time we had to stay outside - with my 6y old son in a 5 degrees night. After it, there was not a single message from the hotel. We would expect at least an explanation and, ideally, refound.
