  Liked: Great value for money, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, not crowded, rooms are comfortable, like a hotel.

  Liked: Location was alright and the apartment was available 24h despite not being any reception.

  Disliked: The price doesn't match the commodities at all. The bed is really uncomfortable. The window doesn't have any blinds, only a curtain that let's a lot of light through. The balcony door doesn't lock. Bathrooms are not close to every room, there's about 10-15 from the one I was hosted in to either of them. There's no safe spot to leave valuables in, the door of the bedroom locks, but that's about it. Bed sheets move continuously, they're not tight on the bed. There were no blankets despite the weather being a bit chilly at night.

  Practical base for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city

  Liked: Great location in a nice neighborhood, with everything you need nearby. The city center and metro stations are within easy walking distance, which was very convenient. The apartment was cleaned daily and always had hot water. It's a practical place for sleeping, showering, and exploring the city rather than spending a lot of time indoors.

  Disliked: A few simple additions like more space for clothes, a small table, and some hooks or hangers would make the stay even more comfortable.

  I had a good stay, i would come again

  Liked: It’s a good location, close to metro and bus station, you have stores, where to eat close to you. The room and bathroom were clean, there were people who came every day to clean the bathroom and hallway.

  Disliked: The room was pretty small, even if it was for 2 persons

  Liked: It is close to the metro station and also supermarkets. It has 2 clean bathrooms and we didn’t have to wait for the other guests in order to use it

Good to know

-Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2 am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

-Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside of on-site working hours from 15:00H to 20:00H will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person who provides assistance.

-Rooms 2 and 3 have air conditioner

-Room 4 have a balcony

Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Please, check all the photographs of the accommodations together with the description, since the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room according to the availability of the desired dates, and if in the end you are not interested contact Booking

-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.

-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.

-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.

-Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
