  Liked: Perfect stay in Madrid near Ibiza neighborhood, studio loft was great, clean spacious and very well located. Full kitchen, AC, and washer a plus. I would recommend this stay.

  Liked: The location. So close to Retiro park, many cafes and grocery stores. Convenient to bus and metro, reasonable taxi fare to the centro. For my daughter and me it was perfect size. Clean. Laundry machine and drying rack.

  Disliked: Not enough essentials for 7 nights like toilet paper and towels to do dishes and wipe counters, hand soap, etc so we bought our own. Lock box needs to be upgraded it’s very hard to get into. There is a school in front and the kids are outside a lot so it is very loud in the morning and afternoon during school year but it didn’t really bother us as we were out and about.

  Liked: Very good location and very spacious. Also beds were very comfortable. And good A/C, which is very important in Madrid Summers.

  Disliked: There was some water damage on the walls. And a few bugs around the place (it’s on a ground floor).

  Overpriced - but in a great location

  Liked: The unit was in a great location, had plenty of space for two people, and was pretty clean - however, it was extremely overpriced for what it was

  Disliked: As mentioned in several reviews, the unit lacked the basics. There was one one towel (and hand towel) per person, and it was pretty well-loved (though clean!) There were only 1-2 glasses that matched (one mug with lipstick on it), a handful of plates, no dish-towels, the coffee machine didn't work, and we could only operate the TV manually - the remote didn't work. It was fine - but for the rate, not worth it.
