  Perfect one night stop in Madrid & would’ve loved to stay longer!

  Great location but below expectations on hospitality services

  Liked: Location is superb! Hotel front-office staff was friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Common areas and overall infrastructure of the hotel (elevator, shower) is not great for an 5-star hotel.

  Lovely stay

  Liked: Beautiful breakfast, very comfortable beds, superb location and a lovely terrace. The staff went above and beyond and we had a bottle of cava as a welcome with their compliments
