Liked: Good place, nice people Enough bathrooms to share. Had a good stay.

Disliked: The key to the entrance door. It wont always open and therefor you are wasting a lot of time trying to get the key work.

Disliked: Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am disappointed with my stay in a single room at Hostal Abel Victoriano in Madrid. There was hair on both the floor and the bed. I reported this to reception and requested cleaning, but no one came to address it. The room was also cold, and the air-conditioning unit was not working. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and fell below basic expectations of cleanliness and comfort.

Liked: Bed was very comfy, room has Aircon, shower is nice with hot water, the room I was in has two nice balconies and a tv. Staff were really polite and helpful. I had a delayed train and my mum would arrive before me at 5am. The staff was super friendly in trying to accommodate to help us with the situation. I'd go back to this hostal with no doubt. Not to mention the location. Many restaurants around, supermarket and pharmacy. Also the main hop on hop off bus at the door step. Just fantastic value for money. Thank you

Disliked: Nothing. It checked all the boxes for the price👍🏽
