Great location for a poorly furnished boarding house style room

  Liked: Great location

Disliked: The cost was disproportionate to the quality of the property. Over €200 for minimally clean and furnished room seemed excessive. I know it’s Madrid but I felt I taken advantage of.

A nice place in a quite neighborhood and close to sites

Liked: Hostal Adis' location is located in a small, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle and noise of Gran Via. The room as described as small, but actually was larger than expected, clean, and has a small fridge, tea/coffee making supplies, and AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a number of nice little coffee / pastry shops nearby offering excellent options (Pan Y Pepinillos Café gets a special call out). A short walk (no more than 20 minutes) to some common sites and attractions.
