Very nice room with good proximity to the our favorite plaza in Madrid

Liked: Very nice facility and room. Great location next to the Plaza de Santa Ana which is one of our favorite places in Madrid to sit and have a drink or lunch/dinner.

Disliked: There was construction going on in the street which made access difficult and created noise and dust during the day. This wasn't communicated prior to our booking or arrival but the location may not have known ahead of time.

  Good location and great shower!

Liked: The location was perfect. Very central for accessing restaurants. Walking distance to many sites. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was well equipped. I really liked the shower. The staff was friendly.

Disliked: It was somewhat complicated to access the hotel. Passcodes on the main door. The tiniest lift, but it worked which is the most important. The communication from the hotel was that there was no parking at the hotel, but it was really that the street is under construction and is a walk street. Not a street for cars. So, we were dropped at the end of the street and had to drag our luggage to the hotel. It also wasn't well marked, but we ultimately found it. The price seemed high for the tiny size and amenities.
