  Liked: clean room, quiet region No particular problems with room, check in etc options to eat near + shopping center at 5 minutes Good for the price you pay Would Recommend if you have business in IFEMA or Hortazela

  Disliked: Far from City, but near metro station (35 -40 minutes for city) I wanted to be near IFEMA for a Congress but it was also far away (although 15 minutes with metro and walking) Small rooms (as stated in the description) Sometimes slow wi-fi

  Good value for money

  Liked: Cleanliness: Clean and tidy throughout. Shower: Excellent power shower with strong water pressure. Location: Situated in a safe, quiet residential area.

  Disliked: Self-check-in: If there are any issues, it can take a long time to get a response or assistance. Location: Approximately 14 minutes' uphill walk from the nearest metro station. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. Accessibility: No lift, only stairs, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Noise: The accommodation is not soundproof, and you can clearly hear noise from other guests.

  Good place worth the money

  Liked: It is good connected. So it’s very clean and smell really nice. The room was big and it has Aircon and the mini fridge.

  Disliked: There is not a reception, so if you have any concern, you have to call them.

  Good enough for what you pay

  Liked: Quiet area, the room was ok for what we paid.

  Disliked: Many rooms and as they are poorly soundproofed, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms. In my floor we were lucky but the second couple travelling with us had noise all night in the room above.

  Good value for money but housekeeping shouldn't enter without letting the guests know!

  Liked: The little fridge and desk were pleasant surprises, the room is small but comfortable

  Disliked: Just one small window on the roof, almost no natural light. 3rd floor without elevator was a bit much for me, but I knew it was a possibility. One thing though, I stayed 2 nights and discovered someone was in my room fixing the bedsheets. I didn't think anyone would enter, I had my laptop there as well as other valuable items. There is no safe to lock things, no sign to put on the door to ask not to enter, no one said housekeeping will enter when I'm gone. That's not ok. Please at least include a "do not disturb" sign to give guests the option for privacy!

  Managable for very short stays

  Liked: Good location, close to IFEMA

  Disliked: The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms. The fridge in the room was never cleaned it had some disgusting liquid in it.
