  Liked: The location of the property is fantastic, helpful staff, nice and cozy place to be in the heart of Madrid. Small room but had everything you may need.Highly recommend!

  Disliked: We stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t good. After checking in, we opened the bed and noticed that the bedding didn’t look fresh, as if someone had already slept in it. I guess it hadn’t been changed. Of course, they changed it after we complained, and the hotel itself even was clean, but the experience made us feel uncomfortable. After that, everything just felt used and not as clean as it should have been. Even if it was just a mistake, it really affected our overall impression of the hotel.:(

  Very good overall

  Liked: The staff was super friendly and accommodating of our arrival time, even after our flight was delayed. The room was small (as pictured!) but clean. We loved the mattresses and the pillows, they were very comfortable. The location is also very good and there are a lot of good places to eat nearby.

  Disliked: For us, there were exactly three downsides. First, the hairdryer was not working. I've had issues with embedded hairdryers in the past, so I had brought my own and lo and behold, I had to use it. Thankfully, there was an outlet inside the bathroom. Second, it was a bit difficult to sit in the toilet, as there was very little space for the legs. We mostly did our business sitting sideways, but it was manageable. Thirdly, the fact that there was only one outlet near the beds. As we didn't bring any multi-plug extensions, one of us had to leave their phone charging near the bathroom (which, to be honest, was 2 steps away from the beds). Overall, these cons would not stop me from coming back.
