  Liked: The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Madrid.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The receptionist did not speak English at all, so we had to communicate using Google Translate, which is not acceptable in a hotel in such a tourist destination. More importantly, I did not receive the room I had booked — I had reserved a different and much larger room, but was given another room instead. Considering the price I paid, I found this very unfair and disappointing

  Excelente lugar, lo recomendaría y de fijo regresaría

  Liked: Muy limpia, cómoda, bonita y fácil de acceder.

  Disliked: No logramos descubrir cómo se apagaban las luces al lado de la cama, en la habitación 506, y el aire acondicionado no tenía setting para apagar el display de temperatura por lo que iluminaba mucho durante la noche.

  Good location, service sucks

  Disliked: I asked for a change in towels and they wouldn’t give me in the afternoon. We had not asked for cleaning for any of the days we stayed there.
