  If I visit Madrid again, I will choose it once more.It was good!

  Liked: The room was good, clean, and close to the metro (10-15 minutes on foot ) Line 5, the green!

  Disliked: There was no small fridge in the room (which would be an issue in the summer if you wanted cold water),we wanted to buy something like a yogurt from the supermarket, but we couldn't! Also, we stayed for four nights, and our towels weren't changed, the trash bin wasn't emptied, and there was no wardrobe.

  A great stay in a quiet little residential street

  Liked: Very clean. Beds, pillows and linen were first class. Staff were helpful and kind. Close to several cafes etc for breakfast and meals.

  Great

  Liked: Nice room, clean, comfortable. Location is perfect - very nice neighbourhood, quiet steet, about 5-10 mins walk from metro (green line), quick to get to the city center, lots of food and shops nearby.

  Disliked: Dealing with auto checkin machine is annoying. Storing luggage before checkin or after checkout is not free. Those are minor issues though, and I still think this hotel is 10/10

  Good value for the money

  Liked: On the positive side, the room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The balcony was exceptionally large, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was also very spacious and kept clean throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in is completed online upon arrival, making the process quick and convenient. Free drinking water is available at the reception, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is well connected to the city centre by both metro and bus, including night bus services. Reaching the centre takes around 30 minutes by public transport, while the airport can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  Disliked: As for the downsides, during my stay the weather was very hot, and the room felt somewhat humid at times. The air conditioning helped keep the temperature comfortable, but it needed to run quite frequently to achieve that. Since the unit was positioned in a way that directed airflow toward the bed area, it was not always comfortable to leave it on continuously. The management had placed air fresheners in the room, which was appreciated and helped improve the overall atmosphere. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my stay, and overall I had a positive experience.
