  Not recommended!

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: No any glass or cups, no kettle, not enough towels, I got bites on the neck and head, not sure from what.

  Great location at reasonable price

  Liked: Location is great. We stayed in room 235. 24h reception is good. If you arrive earlier than check in time or if you would like to go on for your Madrid visit after check out time, you can leave your bag/luggages in luggage room it is only 2 eur. Staff is helpful.

  Disliked: There is gap on bathroom door, interesting design so it can be seen inside of bathroom from the room.

  Liked: The location was excellent.

  Disliked: The room did not match the pictures, especially the bathroom. The AC was not able to be adjusted and the room was quite hot. On our last day, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our suitcases down multiple levels of a creaky staircase.

  great location, nice staff, no elevator!

  Liked: location in the heart of Madrid, the staff were really helpful, the experience were pleasant in this hotel room, the best advantage is they locker room to keep your bag inside even after your check out, it costs 2 euros!

  Disliked: the only thing annoying was the elevator wasn't working so you have to use upstairs, some will find it hard to handle big luggage, so i don't recommend for older people!

  Great location

  Liked: Great location and suitable rooms, better than expected.

  Disliked: Lift was out of action and room on 3rd floor (4th for US visitors). Looked like had been out of action for some time.

  I would not recommend

  Liked: That they have the capability to keep your luggage either prior to checking or after check out

  Disliked: The room was small, no counter for your things, the noise from the streets, it was just 2 bed pushed together and made separately. Just an over all not good experience.
