  Staff do make an accommodation

  Liked: The staff were absolutely exceptional and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The gentleman who first welcomed us was particularly thoughtful. As the accommodation was upstairs and we were struggling a little with our luggage, he kindly offered to carry our bags up for us and bring them back down when we left. We really appreciated that extra effort. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether we needed to borrow a kettle, requested fresh towels or had any other questions, the staff were always incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we were happy, and their genuine care and support made a real difference to our experience. The location was also absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of everything. We could walk to virtually everywhere we wanted to go in around five minutes, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. While the rooms were basic, the outstanding hospitality and unbeatable location were definite highlights of our stay. We are incredibly grateful to the staff for making us feel so welcome and well looked after.

  Disliked: The rooms were a little tired and had very limited facilities. The bathroom was very small but perfectly serviceable, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom door would not close properly because, if closed, it locked and we were unable to get out. The room was very basic, with just two beds, a bedside table and a desk with one chair. Although everything was very clean, the room would have been much more comfortable and liveable with a few simple additions, such as a small bar fridge, a kettle and a couple of cups. Overall, the accommodation was very much what you would expect from a basic hostel, but a few small improvements to the facilities would make a real difference to guests' comfort.

  Very basic but affordable accommodation with a great location

  Disliked: Bathroom flood every time shower used, seal leaks around doors?. Shower door kept coming off its tracks. Drain in floor overflowed if sink filled too much. Plug socket hanging out of wall

  Liked: Great location, nice personnel, comfortable bed. Small kitchen with a fridge, a hot plate, all necessary equipment, and a washing machine. Really appreciate the AC!

  Disliked: Lightbulbs in one of the lamps should be replaced, but it's not a big deal.
