  2 nights at Palacio Luna

Liked: The location was great. Grocery store and a great restaurant only steps away. Walking distance to Gran Via, other Madrid' attractions and Metro. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Disliked: A coffee machine, either in the room or the reception area would have been appreciated.

Perfect base for exploring Madrid on foot

Liked: Very modern, tidy and neat, located in a unassuming vintage building. Close to the city centre, and an easy walk to restaurants, transit and galleries. Far enough off the main avenues to be quiet. A few eccentric features, but that made it more charming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Nothing we didn't like, though the location might not be as comfortable for people unused to urban sidestreets.
