  Location is good. Room is tiny. Balcony added some charm

  Liked: Great location for walking through the city and access to several Metro lines. Lively neighborhood at night. I thought it would be noisy but the windows have great soundproofing. I liked the little balcony.

  Disliked: The room is small. The bathroom is tiny--too tiny bring to soap or shampoo into the shower. Not generous with towels. No washcloth. All staff were polite. One was very friendly and smiley but turned out to be unhelpful. When I asked about day trips, she directed me to the hotel's recommended tours and gave me some bad advice (for what I wanted). I was angry with myself for letting her talk me into a tour. Also, I asked the same person for maps when I checked in. She said they didn't have any. When checking out, the desk person offered me a Metro map. That would have made a huge difference for my trip.

  Disliked: Room was very small and tiny. It was 3 of us in very small room. Toilet door were so bad, a glass doors with a gap to the floor. Oh and the lift is stopping on the first floor all the time which was very weird - maybe so that reception can see you are leaving and arriving back. I was advised to leave key when leaving room each time at the reception but I did bot as it was strange request. But I guess great location for that price.
