  Besides the blanket everything else is great clean and friendly staff

  Liked: Location and friendly staff

  Disliked: Wish they could have real quilt instead of a blanket, the blanket was too cold to sleep in

  Convenient Hotel

  Liked: Good small hotel. Convenient for San Martin Station. Very close to the Metro on the line directly into Sol Station. Cafes and supermarkets also nearby.

  Disliked: The only thing was this I had left a phone charger left plugged in by the bed, this was perfectly safe as the electricity goes out when you leave room with the key card. On returning to the room the charger was not there, I looked everywhere and finally found it in a drawer. I couldn't understand why the cleaner had placed it in there. It caused alot of stress and frustration. Only a minor incident. Everything else was fine about the hotel and I would recommend.

  Smooth stay at Hotel 4C!

  Liked: convenient location close to the subway station. staff was pleasant and very helpful, even as I checked in very late, after midnight. also provided luggage storage on site. I would stay again if I need a quick and short stay in Madrid.

  Disliked: it was a quick and short stay for me, nothing stood out as being not likable.

  Basic but nice

  Liked: I expected a very basic hotel room, and it had a nice bathroom and was clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: It would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker for morning coffee.
