Great location hotel with vintage style

Excellent option in Madrid
Liked: Exceptionally subdued in a prime location, this is an impecable, lovely "old school", hotel, with welcoming and very professional staff. Albeit the quaint lobby reception area, this is complemented by ample sitting, bar and roof top on the 9th floor. Our room was absolutely neat and comfortable, as was the large bathroom, with excellent toiletries and towel supply. The balcony onto the Gran Via added to the charm, with absolute silence secured by the double glazed windows. Excellent breakfast spread. A bonus was the possibility to store our luggage and kind use of the hotel facilities until later in the day.One of our best hotel stays, even if for one night only!
