  Lovely stay

  Liked: I had a really lovely stay. I arrived quite late at night but was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, which was a great start. The room was small but had everything I needed, including a large, comfortable bed. The complimentary water was a nice touch and came in very handy, and I loved the little sweet treat left on the pillow! The hotel was also conveniently located, with an easy bus ride to the conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

  Disliked: The only slight inconvenience was that breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant rather than at the hotel, so I just had to organise my mornings a little differently. However, there was a coffee machine at reception, which was a nice bonus, so it really wasn't a problem.

  Comfortable hotel in a good location

  Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are basic as expected, comfortable, very clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

  Excellent home base in Madrid

  Liked: Excellent service, great location near the metro, very comfortable bed, it had everything I needed.

  Disliked: I wish breakfast was at the property. When they found out I had to leave for the airport before the restaurant opened, however, they took the price of breakfast off my bill, which was above and beyond.

The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid. The breakfasts are excellent, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and at home. But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its incredible staff. Everyone has been so friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our stay even more special. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel manager, Kristian, who went above and beyond to help me organize a wonderful birthday surprise for my son. Thanks to his kindness, care, and willingness to help, my son had an unforgettable birthday. As a mother, this meant more to me than words can express. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel so genuinely cared for. Everything about our experience has been simply perfect, and we are leaving with beautiful memories and enormous gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you to Kristian and the entire wonderful team.   Perfect if you just need a clean safe base for a few hours sleep before a flight or after the football

  Liked: Clean, quiet and in the area close to football stadium. Staff were very nice and there were lovely little touches like the sweets. Also very easy to get to airport for early check in flight.

  Disliked: Very basic but for a few hours sleep, just enough.
