Nice hotel, good breakfast, close to train station and metro. Some staff would benefit from customer service training

Liked: Lovely room. Junior suite. Very clean. Lots of nice toiletries and a fridge. Fantastic breakfast! Great variety.

Disliked: Check in member of staff not very friendly. But other staff were. Cleaner did a lovely job daily, thank you! Unimpressed with reception member of staff who was quite frankly rude on arrival. Not very welcoming when you’ve been travelling all day. Pillows really uncomfortable despite asking for a replacement. Meant didn’t sleep very well.
