  With the exception if Receptions poor attitude, the hotel, although somewhat costly, has excellent location and room acc

  Liked: The hotel itself was excellent with great location. The room was exceptional and the room was cleaned very well daily.

  Disliked: I had purchased a room with Bookings including breakfast and when I went to the buffet breakfast I was told that I had to pay 20E daily. When I tried to solve the issue with Reception they were not accommodating at all. They were adamant that I didn’t have a reservation which included breakfast and made no concessions whatsoever. I couldn’t even go into the restaurant and order a la carte. I had to go outside the hotel to get breakfast as they don’t even offer the guests coffee. There is no water ir coffee maker in the rooms either. Although they provide an excellent breakfast buffet, I only eat a VERY light breakfast and didn’t see the need to pay 20E for a coffee and a croissant. breakfast. As a guest with a group of 7 other people staying in a he hotel, they could have been more accommodating to me and. much nicer than they were in their attitude.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Liabeny! The location is excellent, the accommodation is very comfortable, and both the service and the food are outstanding. A special mention goes to the staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service, and to the restaurant for its delicious food. The daily menu, which includes a starter, main course, dessert and a drink for €33, offers exceptional value for money. The quality of the food and the whole dining experience are worth far more than the price. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend Hotel Liabeny to anyone visiting Madrid!

  Liked: Our stay at Hotel Liabeny was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. The hotel is truly outstanding, combining elegance, luxury, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably renovated in a modern style, with every detail contributing to our comfort. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful start to each day. What made our experience even more special was the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. Every request was handled flawlessly, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. Hotel Liabeny exceeded our expectations in every respect. It was a real pleasure to return to such a beautiful and comfortable hotel after exploring Madrid. Our stay contributed enormously to our enjoyment of this wonderful city. We would be delighted to return and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Liabeny to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel in Madrid.

  Disliked: The only downside to our stay was something entirely beyond the hotel’s control. Due to the hotel’s proximity to Puerta del Sol, we occasionally encountered demonstrations, confrontations with the police, and the presence of radical groups in the area. At times, this made the surrounding atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable. However, this is certainly not a reflection on the hotel itself, and we greatly appreciated the convenience of having a metro station nearby. Apart from this external factor, our experience at Hotel Liabeny was excellent.

  We loved it here. Highly recommend!

  Liked: The location was great. Easy walking distance to many attractions. The people were wonderful. Juan Carlos in the bar was absolutely the best.

  Disliked: Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.
