  Location and facilities are good, but reception was lazy

  Liked: Location is good. And facilities in my room was very good as well. Room was clean every day.

  Disliked: There were no coffee making equipment including kettle, cups and coffee. So, I asked the receptionist, then he said your room rate is not high enough to provide these services. Can you imagine for 200 Euro room? Finally, I could get these. But my stay about this hotel started with BAD impression. Next thing is heating. I could not stop the fan, and my room became too hot. I told reception the situation, and she said she would send someone. I waited for 2 hours in my room, but no one came. I told reception again, and finally technician came and succeeded to stop the fan. I understand that reception did nothing for the first 2 hours. How lazy she was! She should have realized the situation of her guest and should have act soon.

  It is an Ibis type hotel…

  Liked: The Room was Very clean, the location.

  Disliked: There are two set of stairs, not very convenient for the business, since we all have luggage…. The front desk attitude, the price was too much for what I got, second floor and cero view. And obviously no way they could change my room, impossible….

  Great for triple rooms but with overwhelming cigarette smoke everywhere!

  Liked: The ability to book 3 separate beds room, delicious breakfast, convenient center location

  Disliked: Horrible cigarette smell everywhere, you open the window and your room smells like you just smoked, in the lobby it smells like someone smoked inside, this smell is EVERYWHERE which is unpleasant for a non-smoker. The AC didn’t work. The entry card was constantly glitching even without being around the phone or charger, it was basically 1 entry and 2 asks to re-charge it.
