Quiet city center stay with easy metro access

Liked: Perfect location in the city center, 100 meters from the Opera metro station. Walkable to most city attractions. Friendly staffs, clean room, comfortable bed. There are many restaurants near by, and a grocery store across the street. It’s on a quiet street, no noise, and safe walking around at night.

Disliked: I wish the room was a bit larger.

Great location on a quiet side street next to the Opera house

Liked: Location was central but still on the quiet side, the room was spacy, great access by foot and public transportation everywhere. Breakfast was available on site and same time nice breakfast restaurants close by.

Disliked: The toilet didn't have any ventilation, so not very convenient. The window blinders were difficult to operate.

Excellent hotel where we look forward to returning when in Madrid

Liked: Excellent hotel with nice breakfast available located within walking distance to major sites, restaurants/tabernas, shops plus a small, well stocked Dia market across street. The hotel itself is operated efficiently and professionally by its friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Carolina was exceptional in arranging our early check in after a long overnight flight and taxi pickup on departure. We truly appreciated her kind assistance checking in and out.

  Disliked: Nothing!

Great location and perfect for a short stay

Liked: The location was amazing, just a two-minute walk from the metro station. The room was a little small, but I didn’t particularly mind given the excellent location. For a short trip, it worked really well for me.
