  Not sure if we would choose this hotel again

  Liked: The location, overall cleanliness and the helpfulness of friendly staff members were all great.

  Disliked: The room was quite noisy and it made it difficult to rest. There was a great deal of rattling and thumping sounds from the 2 lifts. The noise was constant and very intrusive.

  Liked: Very close to a main square which happened to be covered in tents due to the protest taking place. Still felt very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that they spoke English and let us store our luggage since we arrived early.

  Disliked: Tight fit coming into the room, but I wasn't there to stay in the room.

  City centre location with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms

  Liked: We arrived early (before 3pm check in time) and the staff were very obliging, stored our luggage safely and gave a time to return. When we returned, our room was ready and check in was completed in seconds. The room was comfortable, quiet with black out curtains, bathroom was light and refreshing. Great location in the centre of the city with easy access/walking distance to all major tourist locations.

  Disliked: It is not anything the hotel can change but unfortunately there was a protest stationed in the square outside the hotel during out stay - there was no trouble or issues, it was just unexpected.

  Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location!!. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and loved the terrace off our room. Will stay again on our next visit to madrid!

  Very pleasant. Very clean room and helping staff

  Liked: The room was very clean even though was kinda small but we stayed very pleased from the housekeeping and the reception staff.

  Disliked: The location wasn’t bad, it was almost close to everything but the time I visited the hotel (Oct.2026) the whole place in the square ( Puerta del Sol ) was under protest from Spanish people. The experience was bad because the streets were smelling awfully and they were dirty. It hadn’t to do with the hotel or the location but at that time we were unlucky.
