  Liked: The staff were fantastic, the room, clean and the bed, sooo comfortable. The location was also great, lots of shops and cafes.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the restaurant was slow and the staff not helpful. We were kept waiting a very long time and others, who came in after us, were served before us.

  Very nice and comfortable beds!

  Liked: Beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean and no noise.

  Disliked: Check in was a bit too late. The breakfast simple, but nice. Restaurant opens for dinner a bit too late.

  Not very comfortable especially if tou wanyed to relax in the room

  Disliked: The property was very very dated the rooms were definitely not a four star standard no english tv wardrope were broken bath tun was to small noniron for a four star hotel we had to request that then asked to walk down 8 floors to collect from reception no usb outlets all very disappointed for a four star should be classed a 3 star
