A really good hotel with a flaw

Liked: The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful, everyone speaks both Spanish and English. I'd particularly applaud the restaurant staff and their friendliness. There are teddy bears all over the place, which is also cute. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable but...

Disliked: the sound isolation was so bad... I could hear my noisy neighbours fight in their room and also in the hallway... And everytime someone took a shower or used the restroom, I'd hear in my room. The hotel is well connected, with a bus station literally in front of it, and a metro station some 7 minutes away. Pro tip: Do not book breakfast in the app, pay in person as it costs less.
