  Great hotel and would highly recommend and intend to visit again

  Ideal for central experience

  Liked: The location is a walking distance from Gran Via. Staff are very helpful and always offering help.

  Disliked: Room service wasn’t the best for the value of the stay.

  Luxury feel without the luxury prices

  Liked: Definitely felt like a higher-end hotel, without the extremely high-end prices. We were welcomed by very friendly staff with a glass of Cava, and our bags were brought to our rooms very promptly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and dramatic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom, with a double sink, two showers, and a separate toilet room with a bidet, was very nice.

  Disliked: Some of the lights in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, and the only waste bin in the bathroom was very small and in the separate toilet room, but other than that, can't think of any complaints.

  Great vibrant hotel located in the heart of Madrid with great service and amenities

  Liked: The service provided by all the staff was excellent. The interior design of the hotel was a delightful surprise. The location of the hotel was exceptional. The car park was great.

  Disliked: The wardrobe automatic light did not turn off due to the hinged door not aligned. The suite room size was great but lacked shelving or storage space for bathroom items and suitcase placement.

  Sophisticated hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food, incredible artwork, and very comfortable

  Liked: The staff was wonderful, especially Paula and Carolina who both helped me enormously with my application for an emergency passport since mine was stolen in Bilbao.

  Disliked: Occasionally the doorman was unavailable to help me with my things.
