  Good staff compensates a few shortcomings

  Liked: Location is prime. Staff is very professional and receptive.

  Disliked: Premises need some revamping. Very small rooms and few amenities for a steep price.

  Friendly property in beautiful upmarket area but within easy reach of all the sights

  Liked: Location was leafy, quiet and felt safe. Proximity to Retiro Park and Metro system a bonus. Staff (especially Rebecca) were all charming, happy and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, breakfast room was comfy and inviting and waiting staff efficient and friendly. Vibe of hotel was up-market but not stuffy. Everything a good boutique hotel should be. Would definitely recommend.
