  Good Hotel, Great Location, Some good staff, others less so, room awful and no alternative offered

  Liked: This is a good hotel in a great location. Staff are mixed, some really helpful and others less so. Our room was poor at the price point and despite difficulties with air con, we were not offered an alternative.

  Disliked: The main problem was the room. It was internal, hot, airless (without fresh air because the only window was internal) and cramped. We had problems with the air con which affected sleep and despite a call out in the middle of the night, we were not offered an alternative room. We would certainly not return to a room like this and regard it as very poor value for what was paid.
