  BEWARE: check-in time is a lie

  Liked: Nothing.

  Disliked: I've never had such an awful experience with a business before. This place has the most unprofessional staff I've seen in years. Instead of having a key locker like any other facility where staff isn't available during check-in time, these people expect you to give them an exact itinerary so someone can come over to hand the keys. Mind you. This was NEVER disclosed when booking the property or in any of the multiple communications prior to my day of arrival. Then, half an hour before the time I'd estimated I'd be heading there, I get a WhatsApp from the property handler saying the person will be there at the hour on the dot and that, if I don't show up soon, I'll have to wait 4 hours on the Madrid summer heat to receive the keys. I rush to the place. I tell the property handler that I'm 20 minutes away, then 10, only to be told once I'm 5 minutes away that the person with the key already left and that now I have to wait. I tell them I can't wait; I have a conference to attend at the time they're requesting and need to get ready, and the property manager tells me that it's tough luck and that I'll need to contact Booking.com because they won't give me access to the property or cancel the booking so I can find somewhere else to stay. I ended up having to spend half an hour on the phone with the Booking.com customer service department. In the end, they refunded me, because the property was violating the agreement terms by not adhering to the check-in times they had themselves set. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be stranded with your luggage in bad weather.

  Un lugar de ensueño!

  Liked: La señora que lo lleva es un encanto. Esta a 10 minutos de la playa y a 15 minutos en coche del recinto firal FYCMA. Justo al lado tienes un super para comprar y un bazar por si te has dejado alguna cosa. La television tenia tambien YouTube y Netflix.

  Great stay for a great price

  Liked: The host was super communicative with us. We had a late flight getting and she stayed up to ensure we made it in safely. Victor, the property manager was helpful when we were lost finding the building. The bathroom is shared but it is the cleanest, nicest shared bathroom l've ever been in.

  Great host, good location

  Liked: It was a spacious room with a large en-suite bathroom, was offered coffee & buns for breakfast.

  Disliked: Some noise trickled through during the night, nothing major as it is a quiet place, but you might be awaken if someone was taking a shower in the adjacent toilet.
