  Madrid is awesome, more specifically Malasana

  Liked: Location is excellent

  Disliked: Ok for a start the clean was not good, in they're defence the property is so badly maintained and in desperate need of painting/ refurbishment you cant put that all on the cleaner, we had what looked like dead skin all over the sofa, the Iron had exposed wires and no ironing board, the hair dryer fell to pieces, no kettle had to boil water in a pan, only x 1 tea mug and no tea spoons, most of the electrical sockets didn't work. The bathroom is badly maintained and has been badly repaired mould decorates the ceiling above the shower and a part of the shower head was missing and the light above the mirror was rusty, the toilet role holder looked like it was about to depart the wall however we did have hot water the bed was ok and the air con was good and we could drop our bags early

  Liked: Very good communication with host. Generally- it is a good place to stay in Madrid, close to all the main activities and metro station if you need transport.

  Disliked: Night music club in the next building ( take earplugs to sleep 😉). The fauscet in the kitches is not fixed properly. Empty kitchen towel rack (we used toilet paper instead 😀 )

  Liked: Very good location

  Disliked: Apartment was not clean, not comfortable at all, bed just awful, very noisy. We booked for two nights but after one night booked another accommodation nearby and left.

  I would recommend you to do something else with your money

  Liked: The location is the only positive thing in this place

  Disliked: We arrived there after 10 hours flight and found the place dirty! The sheets on the bed were not replaced before we come, the towels were wet (!) From the use of the guests before. And the trush bins were full of trush. All we wanted is a nice and clean place to rest after the flight and we got this dirty place. After we talked to the owner someone came and clean the place but we still felt uncomfortable in this place. Bad experience. I hope someone will make us up.

  Disappointing

  Liked: The bed is comfortable

  Disliked: The toilet seat is dirty with urine and hair all over, the restroom floor dirty with air, the kitchen counter dirty, and finally, the AC leaks water all over the floor.
