  Great location. Suitable for a family with young children

  Liked: The location was excellent, with the ability to walk to many places and/or catch the metro. Plenty of nearby streets with restaurants. also very close to a large El Corte Ingles shop. The woman who provides breakfast was lovely and very helpful every day of our stay. Our room/apartment was very spacious and had a good small kitchen. Would be suitable ofr a family with young children

  Disliked: I did not like the digital reception and the absence of humans. There is no lounge or restaurant or bar. It is very impersonal.. The sofa, which was also a bed, was not comfortable and the lower cushions kept sliding off. The floor was not very clean.

  Liked: The location was the best part of it! Incredibly central. The kitchenette was okay equipped. Place seemed clean enough.

  Disliked: The photos didn’t reflect our actual room. So when you book, don’t expect the same as you see in photos because you will only get a similar one. Our room was pretty dark and only had one window.

  Great place to explore central Madrid and went well connected to metro connections

  Liked: Excellent location. Literally 5 minutes from anywhere. Lockers and toilets at the ground floor made the last day really easy. Spacious room.

  Disliked: Matters of the sofa bed could be much better.
