Terrible basement room! No light and no air. The worst experience for me in Booking.com

  Liked: Location

Disliked: We got terrible basement room. No windows and no light! It is impossible to get any air in the room. Client service is non-existent. I can not understand how they are allowed to keep people in that room. The picture you see in Booking.com do not show the realities of a basement you can get. Do not book this place!

Wonderful Stay in Madrid – Excellent Location and Comfortable Accommodation!

Liked: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation during our visit to Madrid! Overall, we had a really positive experience and would happily stay here again. The location was absolutely perfect and one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Madrid and made getting around the city so much easier. The room was clean, tidy, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also appreciated having lift access, which was particularly handy when travelling with luggage. The check-in process was smooth, straightforward and hassle-free, which made for a great first impression. Another great feature was having access to laundry facilities, including two washing machines and a dryer. This was extremely convenient, especially as we were travelling through Europe. Overall, we had a fantastic experience in Madrid and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the city. We would absolutely return on our next trip! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Disliked: The only minor downside was that there was just one dryer shared between multiple guests, which occasionally made doing laundry a little difficult due to availability. Having an additional dryer would definitely be a great improvement. Aside from this small inconvenience, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation to be comfortable, practical and ideally located.

  2 sleepless nights

Liked: The location was excellent and convenient for getting around Madrid Kitchen was well equipped the beds were comfortable

Disliked: The air conditioning kept switching off every hour for two consecutive nights, making the apartment extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. I asked for a fan and was told they would arrange one, but it never arrived. Although I was promised a 20% discount, the overall experience was still disappointing.
