  Top location, hotel-like experience

  Liked: Overall, a very good spot for exploring Madrid. We loved the location, super close to everything, and certainly the strongest point of this property. Although it's an apartment rather than a traditional hotel, check-in and check-out were convenient and automatic. The standard is very good: clean, comfy bed, etc. Nothing to complain about

  Disliked: The neighbourhood is a bit loud, and the building is old, so you can hear the neighbours. If you need it to be very quiet it's not for you, but it didn't bother me or my family

  Great location and clean place

  Liked: Great location in the middle of everything. Nice and clean place, we had a nice stay.

  Disliked: Washing machine is great to have, but unfortunately it is outdated and didn't really work. A bit tight place, but very nice.

  Liked: The room was spacious. Our windows faced an inner courtyard, so there was no street noise. The room had a coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, and an impressive selection of knives, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Even oil, salt and pepper were provided. A special mention goes to the electric heated towel rail in the bathroom — very handy for quickly drying small items of clothing. Overall, a great place to stay. Add some slippers and improve the soundproofing, and it would be practically perfect!

  Disliked: We really missed having a simple pair of slippers. Soundproofing leaves something to be desired. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided on the bedside tables, but you still have to rely on considerate neighbours and well-behaved children.
