Extremely cold room and very disappointing customer service

Liked: Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively, as we had to leave immediately due to the unacceptable room temperature.

Disliked: Extremely cold room and disappointing customer service We booked three nights at Live It Chamberí but ended up leaving immediately without spending a single night there. The room was below 15°C, and when we asked for a portable heater, we were simply told that the heating would not be switched on until November 1st. No suitable alternative was offered. Despite not using any of the three nights, we offered to pay for one night and requested a refund for the other two. The receptionist repeatedly refused, showing little interest in finding a solution. We subsequently contacted the property and SmartRental Group, but have received no response so far. We understand that cancellation policies exist, but guests should be able to expect basic comfort and reasonable customer service. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of accommodation and how our concerns were handled.

Disliked: Walls were very thin. Building was in poor condition. Advertisement is misleading.
