Liked: The location was very central, it was easy to get everywhere from the appartment.

Disliked: The appartment looks very nice, however the maintenance wasn't the greatest. For example, the bathroom door handle came off when opening it, plugging in the toaster caused a short circuit, my daughter got trapped in the bathroom as the door would not open etc. This was especially concerning as we didn't know if this would affect the security bond, even though none of these things were our fault.

  Great location. Renovated apartment

Liked: It is a renovated apartment in a very nice neighborhood in Madrid. Close to a couple of metro stations which makes the city center more accessible than it already is.

Overall a good basic flat, comfortable and easy location

Liked: It was perfectly set up, smart, clean and accessible.

Disliked: Not so much a complaint at all but it could do with more basic amenities, salt, pepper, sugar etc already in the house. Plus loo paper

  Exceptional

Liked: Large spacious and clean apartment in excellent location. Both bathrooms had showers and kitchen was great.

Disliked: 2 of the advertised beds were actually children beds and a large adult would have to sleep with their feet partially off the bed. The double and sofa beds were very comfortable. Otherwise we thought the apartment was amazing.
