Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I had made the reservation and one hour before the check in I called texted and no one answered. I had to find another place to stay.
Don’t book. Your risk your stay
Disliked: Don’t book. I waited at the door for 3 hours and nobody showed up to give me the keys. I contacted them, apologised and asked me to gain for longer. They were unable to tell me for how longer I had to wait. Don’t book here.
Scam. DO NOT BOOK. Booking.com should take this listing out
Liked: Nothing, they cancelled my reservation after waiting 5 hours to check in
Disliked: It is a scam. I have reported this to Booking.com for takedown.
It was a terrible experience and they didn't respond even a day later
Disliked: We could not took the keys and we couldn't contact the anyone, we stayed outside in the middle of night, they not provided the taxi for transportation from airport.

Disliked: The lift is very small, I have a child with wheelchair it doesn't fit into the elevator. I had to carry the child by hand and then come back to the wheelchair and fold to fit it
