  Nice little place for a vacation in the heart of Madrid

  Liked: In walking distance of the main attractions. Clean, modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. Many grocery stores or markets nearby. Very secured.

  Disliked: Good for two people, but a bit cramped for more than two. The entrance in the leaving room was directly from the street. A lot of construction work on the street.

  Liked: Well-equipped, lovely apartment. It is close to the city center, situated in a quiet neighborhood with several stores nearby (supermarket, cafes, etc.). The owner was very hospitable, replying instantly to any questions and being very kind. Highly recommend!

  Disliked: Nothing I can think of. Everything was great!

  Liked: The location is close to Palacio Real de Madrid. Even though we never met the host, communication was easy and they were very accommodating. There were three of us, so we used the couch and the extra bedding and it was comfortable. The shower was spacious. At first it was a bit strange getting in directly from the street, but we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the locking mechanism seemed safe. There are plenty of grocery stores around.

  Disliked: If I could change anything about the apartment, I would add a full length mirror.

  Perfect for couples willing to explore Madrid

  Liked: Fully renovated and sparkling clean apartment in a good location close to Plaza de España and Palacio Real. Responsive host to all needs and requests. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There were food markets and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood,

  Disliked: Apartment is located in the ground floor which made uncomfortable to raise the shades because anyone passing by the sidewallk could see inside the apartment. It felt like an interior apartment.

  It was the very good stay. Definitely worth for money spent

  Liked: Clear instructions on arrival. The response time by the apartment Owner in case of questions. Availability of consumables for the first period in the apartment. Walking distance to the city centre.

  Disliked: Living on the ground floor was a new experience for us:).
