  Room update is required

  Liked: Hotel shuttle transfer was punctual

  Disliked: Room was outdated, walls were very dirty and they assign us a room in the long stay area, far away from reception even though we were just a few hours at the hotel.

  Not good. The room had mold in the bathroom. Drain didn’t work. Dirty

  Liked: The location is not as expected. Yes it is close but there are many roads that separate the train station and hotel making it a one mile walk. Not as advertised

  Liked: Location near the train station. Staff was friendly.

  Disliked: Room needs to be remodeled, updated. Breakfast can be improved.

  Very overpriced and terrible mattresses

  Liked: Location is right next to train station. Hotel breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.

  Disliked: The mattress on one single bed was so old and worn that the springs were sticking out and the mattress sunk in. Better off sleeping in the floor. The other single mattress was also bad. For the price, this is unacceptable. Hotel needs a refurbishment inside and outside as pool area does not look like in the website pictures.

  Perfect for a late arrival into Madrid airport

  Liked: Easy access to and from airport. Fixed price of 33 euros.

  Disliked: The soundproofing between our room and the neighbouring room was poor.
