  Liked: Very clean apartment,very comfortable beds.close to everything 5 minute walk to metro. Owner David easy to contact and replied quickly to any messages sent.

  Cool and comfy

  Liked: The apartment is very clean and comfortable, especially having two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils. The cooling system through the floor is pretty unique and it took a few hours for the place to reach a cool comfy temperature, that was maintained throughout our stay. David the host is very responsive and ready to answer any question. The location is unmatched, around the corner from a busy street with shops and bars and between two metro stations. Great neighbourhood with a nice atmosphere.

  Disliked: Couldn't really open the windows because one opened straight to the street and the people passing, and the other to a dark inner yard.

  Perfect place in Chamberi for a family stay

  Liked: The apartment was roomy for a family of 4(2 teens) - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super clean, good wifi, lovely walk in showers with amazing water pressure and rainfall showerheads. Everything you possibly needed in the kitchen (though we didn't cook during our stay). David was accessible and always responded promptly. Located less than 200 feet from a main shopping street with food; clothing shops; Ikea; Aldi market. It was an ideal apt in an ideal location + I would def try to rebook when I return!

  Immaculate and great location

  Liked: The apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed and very well located. David, the host, was extremely well organised leaving helpful notes and always contactable.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Tenants must show a valid identity document upon arrival at the house. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

It is important to take into account that you will not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry next to the house.

The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

We have a cot in the apartment but cot linen will not be provided, you must request the cot in advance.
