Disliked: We checked out more than two weeks ago and we haven’t received the deposit back. I have been following up but I don’t get any clear answers.

Localisation was OK, but the rest wasn't OK

  Liked: Localization was OK.

Disliked: - Sound detection device! There wasn't information about any such thing. The device was just next to the TV. We were just talking, TV was ON and host was writing and calling on my phone that we are really noise. Absoultely nonsensical and untrue. - 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people - No kitchen towel - No dish drainer and there wasn't place for the dishes to dry - High deposit - and they can keep some part of the deposit due to late registration. Particularly interesting because you use code to open doors so you are not even meeting anyone - You must fill out the form on the external website - no info about this and it wasn't our first trip to Spain. We didn't need to complete it during other trips
