  I would stay there again

  Liked: This apartment is a good budget option. It's on the other side of the river, but walkable from the city's main attractions and a metro station is close by. It's properly equipped and has good wi-fi. Communication with the owner/manager was very good, it seemed that there was someone checking whatsup round the clock. If there's a problem, it's solved immediately.

  Disliked: There is an online check-in, which - to me - is too complicated, almost as if you were applying for a visa or something. And then a person comes to finalize the paperwork anyway. It's a perfect place to stay for two travelers, for three privacy can be an issue. The bed, while comfortable, is just big enough for two persons to sleep in.

  Disliked: We came there on 20th of November in the evening. In the room was cold, as we entered the freezer.AC that should work and warm the place was broken, probably long ago, and small heater that should support AC in heating the room was broken as well. I informed staff, and they didn't do anything about it. Tomorrow they sent some guy who is a friend of one of the staff, to bring new small heater, altought they should fix the AC. Staff was not responsive, lying and don't care about guests. Pressure for warm water is terrible, so even if AC worked, shower would not be possible.We left the appartment next day, since we were traveling with our 3 year old boy who caught fever and high temperature due to non existing heating capacites inside of appartment. Bed sheets were missing as well.

  Disliked: 1. Checkin website failng 2. They use an online electronic system to open the main door and your room door, dependent on wifi. 3. The wifi did Not work for the whole five days! 4. No 4g/5g data either ad is like a bombshelter 5. No sunlight at all

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - MOLD!!! BEWARE!!! NO WI-FI!!!

  Liked: Walkable distance to city center

  Disliked: The host/manager was NOT responsive at all!!! Was given a room on the first floor that smelled horribly like MOLD and refused to stay there! I suspect that the facility is NOT LICENSED - no front door/wall sign!!! Thank God, a Russian family didn't like their room and left and I was put in their room! That room was on second floor and didn't have the mold smell. Arrived at the airport at 9 am and got an Uber. I wanted to get to the hotel to drop off/store my bags and walk around until check-in time (4pm). The property address on Booking.com is purposely missing the number and my driver couldn't locate the property. I was dropped off dragging 2 suitcases in the middle of the street, half a mile away. Asked locals - no one had heard about that "hotel". Tried to call, no answer! Got into some other hotel and asked the receptionist to call and find out the street number. Luckily, they answered and after he insisted several times, they provided the number "20". So, I got back at check-in time, which is 4pm, only to find a locked front door. Again - no sign, no nothing! A mom with her son got into the building and let me in. The maid got downstairs, but she spoke no English and knew nothing about my arrival. I have travelled the world multiple times and have been to more than 50 countries, but I have never had such a disgusting hospitality experience! If there was an issue, it was always resolved easily. Not with this property! This people have no idea of hospitality and hotel management! There was no Wi-Fi, although it was advertised as available on Booking.com. Yes, the year is 2025 and no Wi-Fi!!!!!!!
