Liked: Nice apartment, clean, easy check-in, comfortable bed, all good.

Disliked: Located a bit outside, nevertheless directly at a metro station. Therefore not such a big issue. Sofa could be a bit more comfortable - cushions are moving a lot when sitting on it.

Everything was good, but the staff’s service was very poor

Liked: The apartment’s location was good, with easy access to everything. The cleanliness was also good, and the towels and bed linens were clean and satisfactory.

Disliked: On the first night, when we entered the code to access the apartment, the door would not open. It took about two hours and more than 30 phone calls before they finally fixed the code and we were able to get inside. During those two hours, we had to stay outside on the street with our luggage and my wife.

Liked: There are subways and Carrefour and Mercadona within 5 mins. It is very convenient for traveling and purchasing ingredients. The independent building provides a strong sense of security. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with spacious sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and pepper and salt are thoughtfully prepared.

Disliked: It's not the hotel's fault. We stayed for six nights, and two of them the rooms in the adjacent building were very noisy and made it impossible to fall asleep.
