  Liked: Great stay in a very convenient location! The place was very clean, easy to access, and had everything I needed for my night in Madrid. The staff were super responsive, and having some coffee ready in the morning was a nice touch to start the day. Exactly what I was looking for — I’d happily come back!

  Easy and Central

  Liked: Amazing place with good location in centrum!! 😍 5 min metro, 20 min a gorgeous park, a lot of shops for shopping and cafe/restaurant. Near hotel is police department, so I feel so safe there. Come to Madrid it’s incredible city with kind and friendly people 🥰

  Location and good communication with the stuff

  Liked: The location and efficient service are key.

  Disliked: The bathroom in the single room was quite small and the lift wasn’t big enough for two people.

  Liked: Right in the centre of Madrid, a minute walk to Sol metro station, next to a police station, with tons of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket around. (For my fellow Filipinos, a 3 minute walk to Jollibee.) The building is well-maintained and safe, with a lift. Instructions to check in and out were very clear, too. Luckily my room got upgraded and from the first day, I felt at home in this accommodation. Easy communication with the staff, too, via WhatsApp.

  Disliked: The toilet/shower has SOMETIMES this disturbing smell, might be coming from the drainage or the exhaust, not sure, but this could be fixed. The bed in room number one, could be better, as it is two beds joined together the middle part is quite uncomfortable.
