  The best hotel in Madrid

  Liked: The staff was helpful and kind. The common areas are very well decorated and agreeable.

  Disliked: The bed, the mattress was smaller than the bed structures.

  A great reason to go to Madrid!!

  Liked: The hotel is just lovely. I Love the location I had a prado suite which I LOVED! The real standout here is the people. I’m not sure I can remember a hotel with service like this. The concierge PERFECT. Jesus, gracias!! The restaurant staff. Mariana y Miguel. Amazing. You feel like you are living at the hotel after one day. Today I called room service, the gentleman answered with; “ are you ready for your coffee senor…”. Yes I ordered coffee every day. The garden. Beautiful. Bravo!
