  Nice room and bar area. Hotel was nothing special for price paid. Expected more

  Liked: Staff were nice and very clean.

  Disliked: Had to book to go in pool. Only 45 mins a day. Pay for a cap 5 euros which was mandatory seemed wrong.

  The location and staff friendliness made our stay at Melia Madrid Princesa a unique vacation

  Liked: The location was near Gran Via and the opportunity to shop and go eat at restaurants near the hotel was very important during our stay in Madrid.

  Disliked: I did not like the half shower door because it splatters all over the floor. The tiolet was near a mirror wall which makes it hard to go to bathroom.

  Overall the hotel was ok. Nice, polite staff

  Liked: Staff. Bar area. Breakfast. Breakfast room.

  Disliked: The spa, it was small, without a sauna, the jacuzzi is too small and doesn't work very well. I didnt like having to wear the mandatory head cap for the spa, I felt violated by this. Our room - The bathroom was dated considering what we paid for the room, it was also quite noisy, I could hear noise coming from the other rooms quite clearly as though the sound proofing wasn't very good.

  Fantastic - the staff were so accommodating. We'll definitely stay again if in Madrid

  Liked: Great quality of hotel and location - very central to tourist sites.

  Disliked: The only thing we can say is the drinks in the bar are very expensive. Also we would have had a dinner in the restaurant if they had a better menu selection.
