Nice hotel, good location, pity about the pool opening hours

Liked: It was a very short stay as we arrive early evening and left mid-morning. Breakfast was busy but plentiful and staff was pleasant. Room was very modern and spacious - frosted glass window so no natural light but fine for our short stay.

Disliked: The great disappointment was that the pool's opening hours...literally opening at the time of check-out...so fine if you arrive earlier in the day but not if you arrive later and leave on time like us...pity when you chose that hotel because they had a POOL..!

Nice location, managemrnt is having trouble undesranding ehat premoum service is

Liked: The location snd the ladies who clean the room, very courteous and attentive.

Disliked: They differentiate using Level as a premium service at the hotel, however to supply the select are with a single newspaper per title instead of providing multiples so that a guest can finish reading in their room. Quite chintzy for the premium that is charged for Level. Also run out of salmon and no effort made to have it the next day
