  Relaxing, comfortable and in a great location for visiting Madrid

  Bad Smell

  Liked: The location was ideal, facing The Prado and a block from the Thyssen museum. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were friendly.

  Disliked: There was a bad smell in the corridor leading to our room and the room had just been fumigated. Totally unacceptable.

  Good hotel which I would definitely recommend

  Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. It was useful for me as it is near the main train station and I had an early train. The room was very comfortable and quiet with good air conditioning. The bathroom products were particularly good. I didn't eat breakfast as I was leaving early. The staff were friendly and helpful.
