  Liked: Not much to like,

Disliked: No WiFi, network connection very lacking at best,..the location was very poor found it very difficult to get to,.. no one in the area knew where it was,.. the address given was the wrong location.!! It took us another 50mins to walk to the apartment. Then having finally arrived through delays not of our making we were greeted with damaged and dangerous light and socket fittings., Chairs with broken seats,.. Bathroom drain cover loose and a hazard... Bathroom door that does not close correctly,.. Only a very thin lightweight cover, we had to have the heating at full heat just to keep warm.. If that's not enough, we were charged a 10 Euro "late fee" that does not appear in their TC's, even though we keeped the apartment informed at All times,.. we had to pay it as we had nowhere else to sleep that night. definitely will not be booking this apartment again,.. neither will I recommend it to anyone I will be contacting Booking about this.

In general, perfect for a short term goal. Great value for money

Liked: Excellent location. Quiet, but joyful neighborhood. Clean and equipped accommodation. Great connection with Madrid downtown and airport.

Disliked: A bit tiny for the group of four. The toilet and bath were very clean, but instead of regular, it had sliding doors.

  Liked: Location was generally great!

Disliked: There were stuff missing in the kitchen such as cleaning liquid, kitchen appliances, spoons, etc. Only big towels were given without small towels. We couldn't use the washing machine because the host or apartment did not give washing liquid. The bathroom was not visible in the pictures and it was a bit uncomfortable.
