  Cozy space

  Liked: Everything was great. I loved the room darkening roller blinds. Conveniences close by.

  Disliked: Except I would have liked to change my bath towel. I was told that as I was not staying for 15 days, my room would not be serviced. I would have liked if I could have received a new bath towel from the front desk, the same way that I was able to get another roll of toilet paper when I needed it. I wish the kitchen came with a set of dishes

  Friendly staff, good amenities, but so-so cleanliness, some missing essentials, disrupted sleep

  Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they lent me a high-quality hair dryer. The room had plenty of storage space, a generous supply of good-quality towels, and reliable, fast internet. The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and consistent water temperature.

  Disliked: The room was somewhat hot at night, and temperature adjustments had to be made through the front desk rather than controlled by guests. Although the kitchenette included a stove, refrigerator, and cabinets, there were no pots, pans, or silverware; the only toiletry provided was shampoo, with no body soap for daily use. The refrigerator was noisy enough to wake me once or twice each night, and the walls, particularly in the bathroom, needed cleaning because there were visible splatters and stains.
