It was a great stay, highly recommended

Liked: Central location, great view from 12th floor, elevator, very clean apartment, great inventory (dishes, dish washing machine, toaster, tea cooker, coffee machine, towels, fridge), modern bathroom, very comfortable beds, friendly contact persons. It was a perfect stay for our family (2 adults + 2 teens).

Best location, great building, fantastic view, super helpful host

Liked: The location is insuperable, the view is fantastic, air conditioning could be stronger, we were advised to keep the west facing curtains closed to avoid the heat. The building has friendly and helpful doormen, the host was in immediate communication and was there to let us in, explain everything and show us around.

Disliked: The air conditioning could have been stronger. The window of the main bedroom is through the living room and has no privacy, worked well for a couple with kids, but not for two couples.

Not such good host but good views, clean and safe location

Liked: the view was excellent from windows. location was good.

Disliked: Better communication is needed for process of getting the keys to enter. We were not given any info. except that someone will meet us there. Received message on WhatsApp from someone called "Gabriella" messaged me but another guy was answering my texts and he did not pick up my calls via messaging app. He only texted. He did not speak any English. He did not show up in lobby when we arrived as we were informed. He knew when were arriving. He was supposedly waiting upstairs in the room. We had no way of going to the room because we were not given the room number. None of the front desk folks knew we were coming or the guy with key was waiting for us upstairs. They spoke almost NO English. The whole process gave us panic and anxiety to get into the apartment. Plus we were required to take out our trash and recycles to the street and leave them there for pick up.
